Client Background

The client is a specialized chemical research lab from North America. They developed a high-value fine chemical compound for biological testing and needed to eliminate hard-to-remove trace impurities.

Challenge

Conventional recrystallization and distillation methods could not separate trace similar-structure impurities. The target compound was thermally sensitive and easy to degrade under high temperature. The client required ultra-high purity and low single impurity limit.

Our technical team selected suitable stationary phase and mobile phase system. We applied preparative liquid chromatography for targeted separation. We set up fraction collection, real-time tracking and repeated verification to isolate the target component while removing impurities.
